Ingredients: Hydrolyzed collagen (porcine).
Dosage: Add 3 tablespoonfuls (15 g) of powder into a drinking glass. Add 2 decilitres of juice or water and mix. You may also mix the powder with any other drink, smoothie or food, cold, warm or hot.
If your stomach is specially sensitive, start the use of the product gradually by rising the daily dose to the recommendable level. For person with sensitive stomach the dose of 5-10 g right in the beginning of the use may cause mild but passing swelling in stomach.
