WARNING
The values in the table represent the simplified damping factor (SNR) which is based on the suppression of continuous noise (e.g. machine noise, sawing, grinder). Although hearing protection may be recommended to protect hearing against impulsive noise (e.g. fire from firearms), the damping factor (SNR) cannot be an accurate indicator of protection against this type of noise. When in the risk zone of high-intensity impulsive noise, it is recommended to use additional hearing protection suitable for optimal hearing protection. Staying in the zone of impulsive noise can damage or cause hearing loss. In case of doubts regarding the selection of the appropriate hearing protector for the noise occurring, follow the attenuation value given in the attenuation table or contact a specialist.
Do not swallow the earplugs, and always keep them out of reach of children under 4 years of age, to avoid risk of choking. Contact with some chemicals may reduce the effectiveness of the earplugs, and exposure to water may cause damage. Improper use, the wrong fit, or failure to follow the instructions may reduce the level of protection offered, and could put the user at risk of hearing loss. If you are in an environment with increased noise level, please refer to the sound attenuation table for guidance. For further information, please contact your local distributor or seek the advice of a specialist.
