Customer cases are customer comments, questions, complaints and reclamations.

The recording and monitoring of deviations detected in the supply chain process will allow for the anticipation and exclusion of similar anomalies in the future.

Ecological behaviour

We recycle our packaging materials and try to produce the minimum amount of waste, which we also sort by type. We order as few large orders from our clients as possible and ship as few bulk deliveries as possible to minimise the environmental impact of our operations.

 

Expertise

Our company always employs staff who are able to handle all customer cases and notifications required by the authorities in an expert manner and to train, inform and communicate in an expert manner.

 

Reliability

We offer our customers flawless products that meet their needs and respond to their preconceptions. We respond quickly to emerging customer cases and complete them in cooperation with the customer.

 

QUALITY CONTROL AND MAINTENANCE

The quality of Nutrielixir shall be assessed by means of an audit. The audit shall examine whether the activities and their results are in line with the plans, whether the plans are implemented effectively and whether they are appropriate to the objectives. The audit can be either internal, i.e. carried out by Nutrielixir itself, or external, i.e. carried out by another company or a third party.

Operational guidelines and codes of procedures serve as a practical tool for the company to familiarize itself with its activities and to carry out its work. The operational and procedural guidelines shall be kept as simple and easy to understand as possible. Operational guidelines and codes of procedures shall be continuously updated and applied on a project-by-project basis and their up-to-date status shall be assessed by internal audits.
