FinCollagen Active is unique food supplement containing bioactive collagen peptides for daily use for maintenance of mobility.
Ingredients: Hydrolyzed collagen (bovine).
Dosage: Add 5-10 g (approx. 1,5 - 3 tablespoonfuls) of powder into a drinking glass. Add 1-2 decilitres of juice or water and mix. You may also mix the powder with any other drink, smoothie or food, cold or warm or hot.
Daily dosage of 5 g is normally enough. Whether you exercise actively or the need of collagen in your body has been risen, use daily dosage of 10 g.
