E-EPA is a new generation fish oil that is more effective than traditional preparations. Contains extra strong omega-3: One E-EPA capsule is equivalent in power to 4-6 regular omega-3 capsules. Contains 90% omega-3 fatty acids as well as pure ethyl EPA, i.e. E-EPA and vitamin D.
Dosage:
The normal dose for a healthy person is one capsule a day. If necessary, you can take 2–4 capsules. For small children, 2-3 capsules per week, unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor.
Note: Children can also be given E-EPA in drops (puncture the capsule with a large needle and squeeze 4-5 drops of oil into a spoon or into food).
